The service

Invayra lets you personalise a digital wedding invitation from a design, save a draft in your account, publish a version and receive guest replies.

The service includes an invitation link, QR code, a prepared WhatsApp sharing message and a workspace to view and export replies. It does not include wedding planning, printing, postal delivery or automatically sending messages to guests.

€49, paid once

The planned offer is 49 euros for one invitation, paid once. There is no automatically renewing subscription. Check the amount and currency in the summary before authorising payment.

The configured price is in euros. Your payment provider may apply currency conversion or fees under its own terms. Tax treatment and invoicing information must be confirmed before sales open.

Personalisation and preview are free. They do not constitute a purchase or activate invitation hosting. Payment will open when sales begin.

When do the twelve months start?

The twelve-month period starts with the invitation’s first publication, not with the first draft edit. The expiry date appears in your workspace.

Editing, republishing or unpublishing and reactivating an invitation does not restart this period. At expiry, its public link and media stop being available. Extensions and renewals are not offered in this version; do not rely on an automatic extension.

Your review before sharing

Check the names, date, time zone, times, venues and reply deadline. Test the preview on a phone. You decide when to publish and when to share the link.

Saving a draft edit does not immediately change the published invitation. Publish again when the new version is ready. Anyone holding the link can view and forward the invitation; replies stay in your workspace.

The photos, text and music you add

Only add content you are authorised to use and share, including other people’s photos and uploaded music. Choosing a design or optional track does not replace checking the rights to your own uploads.

Do not use the service to publish illegal, misleading, threatening or harmful content. Do not expose personal information that the people concerned do not wish to share.

Access and practical limits

You need internet access and a compatible browser. Audio playback also depends on device and browser settings; guests can choose to remain without music.

Interruptions may occur. This version does not promise continuous availability or a support response deadline. Final support, incident and continuity arrangements must be set before launch.

Cancellation, problems and applicable rights

Read the cancellation and refunds page before purchasing. Unpublishing is not a refund request; it only closes access to the link.

Personalising an invitation does not, by itself, establish that you lose a withdrawal right. Nothing on this page intends to exclude mandatory rights applicable to your situation. Final sale terms need review for the business’s country, the countries served and the nature of the service.
