Your digital wedding invitation.

An online wedding invitation can set the mood for your celebration while helping guests make their plans. There is room for both the emotion and the practical details.

This is an interactive online invitation with an animated welcome, opened in a browser. It is a different format from a downloadable wedding video or a PDF invitation card.

Paper, digital, or a little of both?

Paper gives guests a keepsake. Digital invitations make room for the schedule, a venue address that opens in a navigation app, travel details and a way to reply. Choose a fully digital invitation or add a link and QR code to your printed stationery.

A QR code needs a published address that opens on your guests’ phones. A preview stored on your own computer is not a published invitation.

The details that help your guests

  • Who, when and where: the couple’s names, date, local time and complete address for every celebration.
  • A clear schedule: separate the ceremony and reception. If the party continues after midnight, mark it as the following day.
  • A simple reply: include an RSVP deadline, party size and the dietary details you actually need.
  • The journey: add parking, transport and accommodation guidance when guests are travelling.

Before sharing, open every directions link on a phone and check that it points to the correct entrance. For guests coming from another province, state or country, state the wedding venue’s time zone clearly.

Short, personal and welcoming wording

You do not need a complicated formula. Start with your own words, then include the essential information. Parents’ names, faith-specific wording or a translation can be added when they suit your family.

We’ve dreamed of this day. It will be even more beautiful with you. Join us to celebrate our wedding on Saturday, June 19, at 5 p.m.

For a multilingual guest list, ask a fluent speaker to review each version. Names, times and addresses should match. Translating interface buttons does not automatically translate a personal love story.

Choose an atmosphere that feels like you

A French garden, a Moroccan riad entrance, the Riviera’s light or a Canadian lakeside setting can suggest the mood of your day. Then choose your accent colour, photo, wording and opening gesture. Music remains optional and begins when your guest chooses to play it.

Invayra provides an editor and invitation previews in French, English and Arabic. You can already personalise your invitation and explore its preview for free. When the service opens, your account will let you publish your invitation and bring together the link, WhatsApp sharing, QR code and received responses in one space.

A final check before you invite everyone

  1. Check the date, time zone, venue address and reply deadline.
  2. Try the invitation on a small phone, with and without music.
  3. Open the program’s links and check the downloaded calendar event.
  4. Ask someone else to test a reply before you share the public link.
